All orders with a cart total of LKR 10,000 or more automatically qualify for free standard delivery to any district in Sri Lanka. No coupon code is needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only (2–5 business days). Express and same-day deliveries are charged regardless of order value.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a unique tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Bizhub.lk Order Tracking page, or directly on the carrier's website (Sri Lanka Post, Kapruka, or PickMe). For same-day orders via PickMe Flash, you get live GPS driver tracking on your phone.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt one free re-delivery the next business day. After two failed delivery attempts, your parcel will be held at the nearest courier hub for up to 5 business days. You will receive an SMS with hub address and collection hours. If uncollected within 5 days, the parcel is returned to the seller and a refund is initiated.

Yes, Bizhub.lk delivers island-wide to all 25 districts via our network of carrier partners. Delivery times vary: Western Province receives orders within 1–2 business days, while remote Northern and Eastern districts may take 4–7 business days. The full district-by-district delivery schedule is shown in the District Coverage section above.

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for standard deliveries across all 25 districts via Sri Lanka Post and Kapruka. COD is not available for same-day (PickMe Flash) or international shipments. A COD handling fee of LKR 50 applies per order. The maximum COD order value is LKR 50,000.

All fragile items (electronics, glassware, ceramics) are required by Bizhub seller policy to be wrapped in at least two layers of bubble wrap, placed in a corrugated double-wall box, and labelled with a 'Fragile — Handle with Care' sticker. Sellers who do not comply with packaging standards risk account suspension. If your item arrives damaged due to packaging failure, you are entitled to a full refund.

Bizhub.lk ships internationally to 50+ countries via DHL Express and FedEx International. Rates start from USD 12 for Asia Pacific and USD 22 for Europe and the Americas. All international shipments include commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Estimated delivery: 7–14 days (Asia), 10–21 days (Europe/Americas).

For domestic deliveries, parcels up to 30 kg are accepted. For international shipments, a maximum of 30 kg per parcel applies.
