Your payment is captured and held securely in the Bizhub.lk escrow account. The seller is notified to dispatch your order but cannot access any funds until you confirm receipt.
The seller prepares and dispatches your order. You can track delivery status directly from your Bizhub.lk dashboard. If the seller fails to ship within the agreed timeframe, you may cancel immediately for a full refund.
When your order arrives, you have 7 days to thoroughly inspect the goods. Check that the product matches the listing description, is undamaged, and is complete. Do not confirm delivery if you have any concerns.
Once you are satisfied, confirm receipt through your dashboard. This releases the escrowed funds to the seller. If something is wrong, raise a claim instead — your money stays frozen until the issue is resolved.

Go to bizhub.lk and sign in. Navigate to My Orders and locate the order you wish to dispute.
Click 'Raise a Dispute' on the order, select the reason that best describes your issue, and provide a clear description.
Attach photos or videos of the damaged, incorrect, or missing item. Clear evidence leads to faster resolutions.
Our team reviews all claims within 24 hours. If approved, your refund is processed immediately back to your original payment method.
